Monday, April 21. If you are not entered in the GI JV Invite:
Complete a warm-up, run 3 reps x 70m, and complete a cool-down.
Help at your assigned work area.
Thursday, April 24. If you are not entered in the Norfolk Invite, complete a warm-up and a cool-down.

Absences marked in yellow are "Unexcused Absences." I need a handwritten or email note from a Parent/Guardian explaining the reason for the absence in order for you to be eligible to compete.
Absences marked in orange are the days you missed practice that I have a note for. Absence from two or more practices during any week of the season will result in disqualification from participation in track meets for the following week.
